For this reason, we have chosen the best artisan producers in the region, bringing together a collection of typical agri-food products within a single brand, Le Birigotte, which are entrusted to Italyheart for packaging and marketing at just the right time. Alongside these, other products are found in our Pantry, personally chosen from other areas of the region and the country, to offer an even broader range of flavours, fully in line with our principles.

Amelia’s Italyheart oil mill uses cutting-edge technologies, which allow for sustainable and safe production, synonymous with the quality of our extra virgin olive oil.
In Amelia’s Italyheart oil mill, the Leopard extractor (Pieralisi Circular Thinking) with MPD (multi-phase decanter) technology is in operation. Leopard is the only two-phase centrifugal extractor, capable of combining modern cold extraction technology, with controlled temperature, without the addition of water, with split processing. It allows, therefore, for outstanding quality of the oil extracted, a higher yield and reduced consumption, of both water and energy. For the cleaning of the olives, we rely on Mercuri Srl advanced technology systems.
In addition to the production of Umbria PDO extra virgin olive oil that we market under our own brand, at the Italyheart oil mill in Amelia we also process olives for third parties, with a just-in-time system, by reservation, with olive collection service if necessary.
The company’s Research and Development Centre is located in the Italyheart “Fairy mill” in Guardea. Here, we use Mori Tem technology, in particular the Tecnotem line, for high-quality results. At the “Fairy Mill” each year, our L’Infinito oil comes into being, obtained in a limited quantity, exclusively from Rajo olives, which are only found in the Amerino-Narnese-Orvietano area.
